EU Delivery Options & Charges
We offer Free Standard Delivery to all EU destinations.
All orders are being serviced via our Distribution Centre in Poland.
We aim to dispatch orders placed before 12:00 p.m. (GMT) on the same day, Monday to Friday.
Please allow for additional processing time during peak periods and holiday seasons. It can take up to 2-3 business days to prepare an order. Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email, which will include the shipment tracking number for your reference.
All orders are shipped via UPS Express.
Order Tracing
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a tracking link. Please be reminded that the courier will deliver from Monday to Friday during business hours and requires a signature upon delivery.
Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Should you need to return your purchase, you have 14 days from receiving your order to arrange your exchange or return.
Please note that all items must be returned new, unused, unopened and with all security seals still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and not refunded.

We recommend that you send your returns using a recorded or signed for service post and that you retain proof of postage. We will contact you within 1-2 business days from receipt of the package to confirm your return has been processed.
